        Verdict

        Footlight scored over a mile at Southwell last month and ran well again at the same track when runner-up last time. Fine Example competed in Class 4 maiden races last term and makes his handicap debut while MR ORANGE was handicapping for the first time when third in heavy ground at Redcar on his return to action. Upped in trip for this, Paul Midgley's charge may prove good enough. Freeze A Crowd and Mr Lucas have both placed on the all-weather this year while Little Pippin won a seller at Nottingham in October and this is not much tougher.
