Mambo Spirit looks the pick of the two James Given runners and is expected to go close, but we just prefer the chances of Valley Of The Moon, with Diminuto also expected to run well. Richard Fahey's charge was very disappointing last time out on soft ground but her previous effort on faster ground was very eyecatching. A lot will depend on the weather, but if the rain stays away she should make a bold bid. Mambo Spirit has earned top-weight with some excellent efforts and proved he was capable of winning off this sort of mark when just touched off at Kempton last time out. He should go well along with stable companion Baileys Outshine. However a bigger threat to the selection could be Diminuto who won a shade cosily at Bath last time out. Another that deserves a mention is dual winner Darcy's Pride, but Valley Of The Moon wouldn't be winning out of turn and she gets the verdict.
