Verdict

Five of these are course winners and all seven have won over the trip. Prospect gave notice of an imminent victory when runner-up at Thirsk and duly obliged here last Friday for which he's 3lb higher. ASTAPOR has run here three times in recent weeks, winning twice and been narrowly beaten when his saddle slipped. He can go in again though Lezardrieux gained the tenth victory of his career here last month and is only 2lb higher. Blackjack's winning form this year has been on Tapeta at Southwell while Quercus is on a long losing run.
