Verdict

CORMIER looks worth sticking with despite failing to threaten the winner when second over 1m6f here last time. He’d scored over track and trip before that with the re-opposing Point Of Honour back in third and the latter went on to win over 1m2f at Beverley. Circuit also finished behind the selection when the latter won here and Bollin Neil was beaten a long way when third over 1m6f. Momentsaftamidnite may do better returning to today’s distance for his handicap debut while Aqrab debuts on Turf having recently switched yards once again.
