Verdict

Pancake Day's best form has been over an extra furlong at Southwell so this may prove too sharp but Studio Star won a nursery on soft ground at Newcastle from a higher mark so he's one to consider and he holds Midnight Destiny on that run. BELLE NELLIE showed a bit of potential in fast-ground maidens before catching the eye in a handicap on soft going at Redcar. She looks the one to be on providing she's trained on and Robert Winston is a strong booking. Essaka won a fast-ground seller at Nottingham in September so will need more here.
