A positive horror for punters but we'll take Sharp Dresser to pick up this prize with Auenschutze and Sun Quest as alternatives. The selection has proved a little expensive to follow but Venetia Williams is a relatively rare visitor to these parts and with some ability demonstrated on a fast surface when trained by Amanda Perrett, he is the percentage pick. Sun Quest has struggled to get his head infront. He acts on today's surface but will need to leave behind an ordinary effort at Market Rasen on his latest start. Dee Jay Wells ran a race of promise on his hurdling debut. In common with a number of stable mates, he has been put on the level in recent months. Auenschutze has to be respected as an inmate from the Jimmy Lambe stable. He was a winning juvenile when trained in Germany. Grasscutter had every chance when coming to grief at Bangor. Woodcraft was confidently backed ahead of a Wetherby engagement but showed relatively little. Feeling Peckish is a long standing maiden that should not be good enough. Moonwalking showed a degree of promise as a juvenile but has given the impression that he han't quite trained on. This isnt the strongest of contests in depth but there are worries about most of the market fancies and with that in mind, we stick with Sharp Dresser.
