Verdict

DARK SUNSET didn't beat much in a Uttoxeter maiden in July and was then handed a race at Bangor when his sole rival, who was travelling better at the time, broke down. But he may still be good enough to defy a penalty against this bunch, though Donna's Delight has won a bumper and Manitowoc County took a point-to-point at Tinahely a year ago and will strip fitter for a run at Sedgefield. The market will tell us what to expect from the remainder.
