        Verdict

        Thorntoun Care rarely gets his head in front, though at least showed he was in good heart when finishing second at Hamilton, but this can go to BOLLIN TED. He is only of modest ability but improved to finish second in a similar contest at Beverley, and as a lightly-raced three-year-old ought to be capable of finding the moderate improvement needed to win this. Chauvelin is back on a fair mark and arguably suffered bad luck in running last time so has an each-way chance here. Druid's Diamond also has place claims after showing some improvement at Beverley. Mount Cheiron looks out of sorts and the lightly-raced Chionodoxa has shown little in her four outings to date.
