Perth maiden hurdle winner TANTAMOUNT went close in a handicap at the same track last time. He's up 2lb but this looks no tougher so Lucinda Russell's charge gets the vote. The Weatherman finally showed some improvement at Bangor for his slide down the weights and can also figure.
