Verdict

SPLIT ELEVENS doesn't always seem the most straightforward at times but he's on a feasible mark here in what doesn't appeal as the strongest of races. This is his ideal trip and hopefully Pat Cosgrave can finesse him into the race and gain the day. Carbon Positive has shown promise on all four starts and he seems sure to feature at the business end after running a sound race on his first start back after a gelding operation. Sixcor appeals as a possible improver and Paymaster is the one to note in the market on handicap bow.
