A wide open contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Mystery Pips, Tuscan Flyer and Avit and the tentative vote is given to Tuscan Flyer. The selection has been in fair form of late without winning but a reproduction of his latest fourth behind Parc Aux Boules sets the standard in the context of this race and he looks a value bet in an open affair. Mystery Pips rates the main danger on his latest second behind Ballybunion but all his best form is over the minimum trip and for that reason he is opposed. Avit is another that could go well on his best form but hew has become very disappointing of late so can not be put forward with any confidence.. Of the remainder The Baroness has the ability to go close but does not always use, while a market move for Yorkie would be significant but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Tuscan Flyer/
