    Verdict

Kingthistle makes a quick reappearance having failed to figure at Haydock two days ago but Mariee ran poorly when favourite at Chelmsford in March, though was runner-up over today’s trip at Newcastle before that. Theos Lolly may do better with last month’s modest effort at Pontefract under his belt while Sunglider is not badly treated on his all-weather wins but has yet to score on Turf. Mark Walford had a winner at last week’s meeting here and hurdles winner CORNBOROUGH (NAP) will appreciate the longer trip after a pipe-opener at Pontefract. The latter went close at Haydock off a similar mark last year and could run a big race here.
