Verdict
Not much strength in depth here and this should concern just the two runners, Weqaar and the selection Bravo Dancer. Mick Channon's filly has the best form on offer and ended last season by finishing 4th in the Listed Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket, behind Khulood, who has proved herself one of the leading fancies for next weekend's 1000 Guineas. She may be followed home by Weqaar, who has shown enough to suggest she can pay her way, but this half-sister to the top-class Sakhee looks as though she may have to settle for second best today. Third place should go to Prowse, who has the benefit of an outing already this year, but she will need to improve on what she has shown to date, to worry the principals.
