A tricky fillies handicap rounds off the card but the principals appear to be Castaway Queen, The Risen Lark and Comtesse Noir and we will take a chance on The Risen Lark. The filly from the David Arbuthnot yard is one of the least exposed in the field and shaped as if she could win a race of this nature when third behind Lggan Bay in a maiden at the course last time. If she improves again she will be hard to beat with conditions in her favour. Castaway Queen rates the main danger on her best placed form but she has had similar chances before and still remains a maiden so for that reason she is opposed on this occasion. Comtesse Noir is another worthy of consideration now she reverts back to this trip having appeared not to stay two miles last time out. However she has looked very one paced and may be hard to win with, Of the remainder Dispol Evita and Vizulize are from yards in form and are worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with the unexposed The Risen Lark.
