Verdict
Racing experience could prove to be vital as it often is early on in a juvenile's career and while Henrys Air showed some ability at Warwick recently this looks to lie between BYRONY and Silca Conegliano, with preference for the former. The selection was the lesser fancied of two Richard Hannon runners on his debut in a maiden auction event at Windsor last week but ran better than was expected in finishing sixth behind Rimth and, with improvement to come from that outing, he can provide his handler with another two-year-old winner. David Evans as had a superb time with his string over the last year so Captain Dimitrios has to be respected, while Clive Cox is more than capable of getting a two-year-old ready first time out and any market support for With Hidsight would be of interest. Lady Excellentia has had more experience than her rivals having raced three times already but she looks booked for a place at best and of more interest may be Mick Channon's Silca Conegliano, who has run well in both starts and is re-united with Kieren Fallon. Richard Hannon is represented by Jollywood, who has to be considered first time out but stable companion Byrony has the advantage of experience and he gets he vote.
