Verdict
Some fair placed form on offer here and from a shortlist of Bush Tucker, Morgans Choice and GOOSEBERRY BUSH, it is the last-named who is fancied to come out on top. Peter Makin's daughter of Tobougg comes here on the back of a fair enough effort at Windsor over six furlongs. She faded late on there but it was still an improved effort on her debut run at Sandown in a fair maiden and with the drop in trip in her favour she should go close. Pherousa is held by Morgans Choice and Art Summer on their clash behind Excelling at Lingfield in July. Both of those runners were having their second starts but neither seemed to have any answers to the impressive winner and they could be vulnerable again. Devassa needs a market check on her debut as this cheap purchase is related to lots of winners, whilst Bush Tucker was well-fancied last time out but he was firmly put in his place by Piccadilly Filly; that rival looks useful so the form may be ok and he looks a contender if wiser this time around. Zelos Dream, with a rating of 64, should once again run her race, however it is Gooseberry Bush who is nominated to land the spoils.
