Speed Steed and Nicky Nutjob have both been in action over jumps. But the shorter trip on firm ground may not suit while the maiden Fusicho has an extra half-mile to cover having finished third over 1m2f at Nottingham four weeks ago. RED CURRENT has his quirks but is well treated on his best form and is a previous course and distance winner. Willie Twiston-Davies' claim may just tip things his way this evening as Numen looks a shadow of his former self and Glens Wobbly is getting no nearer.
