Verdict
Pernomente gets the confident vote here with Tom Tower and Everyman put forward as the main dangers. The selection made a pleasing racecourse debut and then ran a cracker at Lingfield last time out when finishing second behind Lord Charles. He looks to be going the right way and he should take plenty of stopping today. Everyman is interesting as he missed the break in that same Lingfield race and he was staying-on powerfully at the finish. If he can break on level terms today he should be thereabouts at the finish. Tom Tower is a well-bred colt and Mick Channon's string have always got to be respected in these type of events. His stable are in decent form and he is one to note in the market. Eagle Lover, Private Peachey and Just Dust are other interesting newcomers worth noting in the market, but for the winner we will return to Pernomente.
