Dutch Melody was due to run yesterday at Brighton and would be an outsider in any case. It’s also hard to fancy Bonny Blue and Isla Skye so this looks a straight match between HERITAGE, eased in grade after four runs in handicaps this year, and the less-exposed Vandella. The latter was second twice on Polytrack for John Gosden in January but is having a first run for new connections after a lay-off and she may find one too good again.
