He went close over 1m3f at Kempton three weeks ago on his handicap debut, though Callendula found only one too good in a lower grade contest at Wolverhampton on his latest start over 1m4f. Archilles came up just short in an ordinary maiden here a week ago but Sun Odyssey and Sonic Rainbow have yet to look like winning.
