Verdict

SHEAR ROCK can put his experience too good use and come out best. He has been running well in handicap hurdles without success and should take care of Monbeg Gold and Saint Elm. The remainder are making their debuts over timber and Bletchley Castle could go well after finishing fourth in a bumper here last month. Bear Island Flint and Wildmoor Boy are both out of hurdle winners and have also been placed in bumpers.
