Backsheesh made a promising start at Wexford and looks best of those with experience though Valley Breeze showed improved form at Down Royal and is expected to do better. It's likely this will go to a newcomer and RINGLEADER fits the bill. Gordon Elliott's charge is by New Approach and closely related to a Group 1 winner on the Flat so he'll have more basic speed than most of these with conditions in his favour. Joseph O'Brien won this last year but Subset looks more of a staying type unlike Table The Motion, who is by Teofilo and a half-brother to a 1m1f winner. Any money for the 55,000gns yearling Abridgement should be noted as he has a very smart pedigree for the Flat.
