Gordon Elliott has three entered in this but Kuiper Belt and Schindlers Ark were both engaged yesterday at Musselburgh and Dawerann has a poor record on the Flat, though has won three times over timber. BRAES OF LOCHALSH is an out-and-out stayer so will need a strong pace but his latest second over 2m1f here is the best form on offer so he gets the nod. Forbidding travelled up from Newmarket to score at Newcastle last month and remains unexposed, though will need to improve again to confirm that form with Something Brewing. Almontaser has shown a bit more this year and could be a factor if the step up in trip suits.
