Verdict
Almutaham made a bright start over timber with good runs at Kelso and Aintree but has gone off the boil. Solway Ally's only victory over timber came over 3m1f on this track and she probably wants faster ground. Lahib The Fifth has been chasing and looks high in the weights over timber while Shooting Times and Miss Abbey have been beaten too far recently to enthuse over their chances. SEE THE LEGEND is one of the few with scope and looked certain to be suited by a longer trip when a good third to Circus Clown over two miles here a month ago. Sandy Forster's mare was making her handicap debut that day and looks well enough treated to gain her first victory.
