Verdict
The Hannon yard have won three of the last four renewals which further boosts confidence in MAGICAL ROUNDABOUT. There was cut in the ground when the latter made a winning start at Windsor earlier in the month and he could prove the one to beat. Escalating started favourite for the Brocklesby on his debut but made little impression in soft going. He ran much better when scoring on the Polytrack last time however. Southwell winner Abscent Friends was only runner-up at Newmarket a fortnight ago while Kibaar never figured in a Newbury maiden on his introduction.
