UN TEMPS POUR TOUT couldn't quite match the finishing speed of Zamdy Man in a Grade 2 at Haydock four weeks ago but gave the strong impression that a return to a longer trip would suit. David Pipe's French import gets that here and may prove too strong for impressive Newbury winner Cole Harden, though it's significant that Warren Greatrex' charge tackles this rather than the easier-looking two-miler later in the afternoon. Irish Cavalier won at Stratford and Bangor in the autumn but has plenty to find here after a break along with maidens Brave Vic and Our Pollyanna.

Our Pollyanna (IRE) 10-1 (10-12) Held up in mid-division on inside, not fluent 4th, steady headway approaching 4 out, chased leaders 3 out, went 2nd before 2 out, no impression when mistake last, 2nd of 13, 9l behind Keshi Pearl (10-12) at Warwick 2m 5f mrs nov hdl (4) gs in Nov.
