      VALOUR AND SWAGGER has the form in the book having easily beaten an odds-on favourite on soft going at Windsor last month and another bold bid is expected despite the penalty. Charlie Appleby has a good record in this and runs the 625,000gns Blue Point colt Ocean Runner while South Shore represents the same sire. Golden Arrow cost 200,000gns at last month’s Breeze-Up sales while Son is related to an Italian 2000 Guineas winner and is preferred to stablemate Western and Natural Force.
