In depth

Verdict

AFTER THE RAIN (NAP) beat a subsequent winner when scoring at Windsor on her handicap debut. She can effectively race off a lower mark, with Harry Davies’ allowance taken into account, and can go in again. Tregony also ran well at Windsor last time when a close-up fourth while Kalma returns to the Flat on the back of a recent victory over hurdles. Moon Island won over a mile at Kempton in October and is preferred of those making their seasonal debuts.
