Verdict

Lady Camelot will bid to give Gavin Cromwell a third win in this Listed race in four years but she doesn’t look to be on a par with previous winners Jer’s Girl and Famous Milly. Alan King has also won this twice in the last six years and runs GIVING GLANCES, who won in a hack canter at Hereford and should handle conditions as well as any of these. Smiling Eliza has been thriving on quicker surfaces and may not appreciate the soft while Chica Buena is also exposed and has done her winning in handicaps since joining Keith Dalgleish. Fakenham winner Dance To Paris is held by the selection on collateral form but there might be more to come from Catterick scorer Travel Lightly and Miss Mumtaz was a fair handicapper on the Flat, though will have her stamina to prove.
