Horse racing news: Big Fella Thanks hunting Aintree glory

Trainer Tom George cannot wait to saddle Big Fella Thanks in the Crabbie's Fox Hunters Chase at Aintree next month.
The Slad trainer believes the 13-year-old is as good as he has ever been in his career and is expecting a big run from the veteran.
Big Fella Thanks is now going down the hunter chase route in what will be his eighth race over the famous fences.
He has competed in four Grand Nationals, posting a best-placed fourth in 2010, as well as finishing seventh in the Topham last year and running creditably in a couple of Becher Chases.
"He's in the form of his life, the old boy," said the Slad handler.
"When he was second at Cheltenham he was probably in front 100 yards too soon when he got caught on the line in a handicap chase there.
"He didn't break sweat that day and then he won his hunter chase (at Wincanton) and didn't get out of a common canter that day.
"He's going to Aintree with a win under his belt and he seems as good as ever."
