Antonio Conte says he's focused on winning the Premier League title with Chelsea and dismisses reports he'll leave the club

Antonio Conte will urge his Chelsea squad to enjoy the pressure of securing the Premier League title this weekend.

The Blues head to West Brom live on Friday Night Football knowing a win will make it impossible for second-placed Tottenham to catch them, and give Conte the league championship in his first year in English football, an achievement which has led to rumours linking him with a move to Inter.

Centre-back Gary Cahill has spoken of the confidence currently coursing through the squad and Conte wants his players to enjoy playing in a "very hot" atmosphere at The Hawthorns.

"This moment is a really good moment for us because we are so close to reaching a fantastic target," said Conte, who has two years left on his contract at Chelsea.

"We must not forget that we have to take three points in these three games. Tomorrow we have the first chance, the first opportunity to take three points.

"Also, we must know to play against West Brom is not easy. They are a strong team, really physical with a good coach. For sure, the atmosphere will be very hot.

"It's important in this moment to enjoy this part of the season. We have worked a lot, we've worked very hard and I like to repeat that this is a good season. We want it to become a great season."

Conte is also not concerned about where his team wins the title and would be more than happy to secure the silverware away from Stamford Bridge.

He said: "Honestly, I prefer to try to win as soon as possible. It's not important where we win - it's important to win and then you have the time to celebrate wherever you want.

"We must go game by game. Tomorrow's game is the most important one for us. It is a final and we are always thinking in this way for a long time. We must continue to think in this way and to try to take three points.

"West Brom are strong and we have a lot of respect for them. They played a great match against us at Stamford Bridge and we must pay great attention tomorrow."
