Harvey Rodgers completed a fine turnaround as Grimsby secured a last-gasp 3-2 win at Carlisle – their first away win since April.
Mike Williamson looked destined to earn his first home win since taking charge at Brunton Park but Lewis Cass levelled in the final 10 minutes before Rodgers' stoppage-time header.
Sam Levelle scored for the second game running as he rose highest to head home Cameron Harper's corner in the 12th minute.

Grimsby goalie Jake Eastwood was stretchered off following the goal.

But Carlisle regained the lead within the blink of an eye as Archie Davies' looping ball found Dominic Sadi, who made no mistake from close range in the 27th minute.
After the break, Harry Lewis kept himself big to deny Donovan Wilson.
