Nasser wasn't facing a quick bowler in the drill, but instead was on the receiving end of some first serves from another former England captain Andrew Strauss.
Although he was only facing a tennis ball, Nasser opted to put on a helmet... and it proved a good job!
Although Strauss' first delivery sailed way over his head, the second caught him flush on the lid and promptly lodged in his grill - much to the amusement of all concerned!
