Chris Woakes may be added if he proves fitness

Ben Stokes has been named in England's squad for the Royal London ODI series against India in July, live on Sky Sports.
The England all-rounder tore his hamstring ahead of the second Test against Pakistan earlier in June. He will make his return from injury in Durham's Vitality Blast opener against Hampshire on Thursday.
Stokes will also be available for England's third T20 against India in Bristol on Sunday, July 8, if he comes through that match without any setbacks.
The 27-year-old has not played for England's one-day side since the winter tour of New Zealand, but was involved in training during the ODIs against Australia.
Kent batsman Sam Billings and Surrey all-rounder Sam Curran are not included in the squad, while Chris Woakes may be added later in the series if he can prove his fitness.
Woakes tore his right quad muscle at Headingley in the second Test against Pakistan but played down fears the injury was a flare-up of a "chronic" knee problem.
He admitted having the same ongoing problem for eight or nine years, but said it felt like a "million dollars" just two weeks after its latest re-occurrence.
Jake Ball has been named in the squad in place of Woakes.
England squad: Eoin Morgan (Middlesex) Captain, Moeen Ali (Worcestershire), Jonathan Bairstow (Yorkshire), Jake Ball (Nottinghamshire), Jos Buttler (Lancashire), Tom Curran (Surrey), Alex Hales (Nottinghamshire), Liam Plunkett (Yorkshire), Adil Rashid (Yorkshire), Joe Root (Yorkshire), Jason Roy (Surrey), Ben Stokes (Durham), David Willey (Yorkshire), Mark Wood (Durham)
