The 38-year-old joined Sky Sports Cricket's Rob Key for a masterclass at the Oval, covering all aspects of life behind the stumps.
Foster - who is due to retire at the end of the 2018 season after first appearing for Essex in 2000 - shares some of his top tips, including:

- Technique and set-up, including whether it's best to start in a down position or not
- The importance of footwork and his top tips on how to catch a wobble ball
