Nasser Hussain and Michael Atherton strapped on the pads again to renew their battle with West Indian fast-bowling great, Curtly Ambrose.

Ambrose took to The Zone to give a fast bowling masterclass, and with 405 Test wickets to his name, at an average of just 20.99, he is a man well worth listening to.
