Verdict

Winter Holiday took a big step forward when beaten under a length at Catterick. Sienna Royale probably deserves a change of luck but was beaten a head by Puzzle Cache in an amateurs’ race at Exeter in December and is a pound worse off. White Hart Lady is in good nick but steps up in distance off another career-high mark. Following a wind operation, the lightly-raced LAZY SUNDAY got back on track at Fontwell earlier this month and there should be more to come. Flying Nun only won by a short-head at Fontwell and is 5lb higher, though still respected along with Salcombe.
