Verdict

West To The Bridge has had wind surgery but Harry Skelton prefers stablemate Supremely Lucky, who made a winning start under Rules in a bumper here in February. Rocco was still beaten 27 lengths when second over 3m here in January and is likely to find this too short but Lord Duveen found only one too good at Kempton in March, despite showing signs of inexperience. The third won next time so the form is holding up and he’s preferred to hurdling debutant Baddesley Knight. BENNY’S BRIDGE ran well in what looked a strong bumper at Newbury in March having won earlier at Market Rasen. He has a nice pedigree for jumping so gets the vote.
