The Shield may be gone but it is not forgotten.
Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins caused chaos while clad in black between late 2012 and mid 2014, bursting on the scene by attacking Ryback at Survivor Series and picking up two victories over Evolution.
The group disbanded when Rollins attacked his brethren to side with The Authority and each man has enjoyed singles success since - Reigns is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Rollins held the garland before injuring his knee, and Ambrose is the reigning Intercontinental Champion.
