Bayern Munich have announced that Arjen Robben has signed a 12-month contract extension with the club.

His contract was set to expire at the end of the season but the former Chelsea and Real Madrid winger is now tied to the German champions until June 2018.

Robben joined team-mates Franck Ribery, Robert Lewandowski and Rafinha in agreeing new terms with the club during Germany’s winter break.
