Britain's Heather Watson has withdrawn from the Generali Ladies Linz tournament next week due to her tendon injury. The 19-year-old, who is ranked 89th in the world, hopes to have recovered in time to play in Luxembourg the following week. She said on Facebook: "Had to get an MRI done yesterday on my foot and it turns out I have an inflamed tendon. "Fortunately it was nothing too serious that some rest and rehab won't solve but sadly had to pull out of Linz next week. Should be fine for Luxembourg though."
