The Italian club, formed following the collapse of Aironi last summer, have failed to win so far this season.
Connacht, in their second year in Europe's premier competition, are hoping the experience of Dan Parks can help them escape from Pool Three.
Parks is 14th on the all-time scoring list in Europe with 355 points after previously representing Cardiff Blues and Glasgow Warriors.
Eric Elwood's side triumphed 30-17 over Zebre in Parma in the RaboDirect PRO12 in September.
