Ulster's Bryn Cunningham will win his 100th Magners League cap in the all-Irish clash against Leinster on Saturday.
The full-back will line up for the hosts at full-back in a team that also includes the fit-again Timoci Nagusa.
However, Ryan Caldwell, Simon Danielli, Cillian Willis and Carlo del Fava were all ruled out of the crucial match due to injury.
"We have prepared hard for this match, with so many players out with injury's we will really have to be on top of our game on Saturday," said coach Matt Williams.
"Leinster are a class act, and with the resent criticism they have had they will be out to prove their critics wrong.
"This game will be a battle right to the final whistle. We have prepared physically and mentally, so all we can do now is go out and play the best rugby we can and fight the blues all the all way."
Leinster have rung the changes to their team, despite defeating the Dragons 29-13 last time out in the Magners League.
The back division has a particularly fresh look, with Gordon D'Arcy starting on the right wing.

Trevor Hogan is rewarded with a place in the second row after a series of impressive displays for the Leinster 'A' team.
