Harlequins will be without England captain Chris Robshaw for Friday's Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-final with Toulon.
Robshaw aggravated a knock he picked up against Saracens last week in Thursday's training run so Luke Wallace deputises alongside back-row colleagues Tom Guest and Nick Easter.
Quins are also without fly-half Nick Evans after he picked up a foot injury against Sarries - Rory Clegg deputises.
Ugo Monye returns to the line-up having sat out the Wembley victory over Saracens as Mike Brown and Tom Williams complete the back-three.
Matt Hopper also returns alongside Jordan Turner-Hall in the centre while Karl Dickson will start at scrum-half ahead of the benched Danny Care.
Mark Lambert starts at loosehead alongside Rob Buchanan and James Johnston in the front-row. Tomas Vallejos takes over from Olly Kohn at lock in tandem with captain George Robson.
Toulon will field a galaxy of international stars including Jonny Wilkinson, centre Matt Giteau, prop Carl Hayman and number eight Joe van Niekerk.
They will also field former Aviva Premiership players Steffon Armitage, Dean Schofield, Carl Hayman, Sebastien Bruno and Eifion Lewis-Roberts for the Stade Félix Mayol showdown.
The French side currently lies in third position in the Top 14, 11 points off second-placed Clermont.
