Saracens set up a Champions Cup semi-final against Munster after seeing off Glasgow 38-13 at Allianz Park on Sunday.
Saracens attacked menacingly in the opening exchanges, with Chris Ashton and Sean Maitland both denied tries inside the first ten minutes through last-gasp Warriors tackles in the corner.
Eventually it was the kickers who got proceedings underway as Owen Farrell slotted three penalties to the one from Finn Russell, putting the home side six points ahead. That lead was increased when Ashton wrestled his way over the line near the half-hour mark, with Farrell's conversion making it 14-3 to the home side - an advantage they took into the break.
The Warriors were first on the board in the second half, Lee Jones taking a crossfield kick from Russell and shrugging off the attempted tackle of Ashton to round the defence for an uncovered score.
But the game was taken away from Gregor Townsend's troops when Marcelo Bosc danced his way over for a try at the end of the third quarter which made it 21-8 to the hosts, and Glasgow were unable to find any way back into the game as Brad Barritt added his name to the team-sheet before Ashton applied the finishing touches with his second.
Ryan Wilson then had the final say with a try in the 80th minute but it was a consolation score as Saracens booked their spot in the next stage of the Champions Cup knock-outs.
Turning point
In the 58th minute the game was still in the balance, with Saracens 14-8 up and Glasgow clawing their way back into the game.
The Warriors cleared form the base of a ruck inside their own 22-metre area, but the clearance did not make touch and Saracens countered through Ashton.
The winger was brought down but the home side moved the ball left and right before replacement hooker Schalk Brits popped to Marcelo Bosch in the midfield and the Argentina international stepped through the defence to take the game away from Glasgow.
