London Welsh were given a harsh introduction to the Amlin Challenge Cup as they were beaten 68-19 at Stade Francais.

Lyn Jones' men trailed 35-16 at half-time and the the hosts piled on more points in the second-half to leave the Exiles facing an uphill battle in Pool five.
Gavin Henson scored the first points for London Welsh at this level, but Stade Francais hooker Remi Bonfils and centre Waisea Vuidarvuwalu both crossed twice to secure the bonus point before Hugo Bonneval touched down for a fifth first-half try.
Daniel George scored Welsh's first try, but Felipe Contepomi capped off a superb individual display with a 75th-minute score in a 25-point haul.
Henson kicked four penalties and a conversion for the Exiles, who have a lot of ground to make up after Grenoble hammered Cavalieri Prato 59-3 on Friday night.
