Scotland's most capped prop, known throughout the game as 'Chunk', ended a 65-cap international career in November and will retire after 285 club appearances versus the team whom he marked his double century against in 2008.
The club have named just two changes to the starting line-up that faced Treviso in the previous round, with the return of double award winner Greig Tonks (Player and Players' Player of the season) and prop Willem Nel (Best Newcomer) a welcome boost to the side seeking to end the season on a high.
The only other change is to the bench, which sees Dundee High FP back-row, Richie McIver, handed the chance to make his first professional appearance since being invited to train with the squad last month.
Dragons head coach Darren Edwards makes one change to the team that beat Munster 30-24 last time.
Fullback Dan Evans comes back into the team having recovered from an injury sustained against Ulster.
Ross Wardle remains in the centre pairing alongside Lewis Robling after their successful combination to Munster.
Recently selected Lions Toby Faletau and Dan Lydiate also remain in the line-up, along with skipper Andrew Coombs and Tom Prydie, who this week were named to tour with Wales to Japan this summer.
On the bench, Hallam Amos returns from an ankle injury, while Pat Leach also takes his place among the replacements.

What they said...
Interim Edinburgh Rugby assistant coach, Duncan Hodge
"It's a massive day for Chunk, he's Edinburgh through and through, and played a record number of games. It'll be an emotional day for him, but it comes to us all and it's been business as usual for the team. This is a must win game as we need continue to raise our levels of performance and put down some building blocks for next season. We're playing a tough side with some very experienced players but we're in front of our home crowd in the last game of the season and you've just got to win those games."
