Biarritz will welcome back talismanic No.8 Imanol Harinordoquy for their Heineken Cup clash with Treviso on Friday.
Biarritz's season hit a new low after they suffered a 30-26 defeat to the Italians in the away match.
However Biarritz, who are bottom of the Top 14 standings, have lost only four of 39 home games in the tournament.
Harinordoquy is joined by Julien Peyrelongue, Manuel Carizza, Gomez Kodela, Arnaud Heguy and Yvan Watremez in returning to the Biarritz line-up, while Marcelo Bosch moves to outside centre.
Treviso, who lost their last 11 away games in Europe, have made two changes of personnel.
Andrea Pratichetti returns to the No.12 jersey, meaning Alberto Sgarbi shifts to outside centre and Tommaso Benvenuti starts on the wing.
In the pack, Francesco Minto comes in for the unavailable Paul Derbyshire - with Robert Barbieri switching to No.8.
