Winger Tommy Seymour scored two second-half tries to secure the win which moves Gregor Townsend's side back into the top-four in the standings.
It was Treviso who took a 10-6 lead into the interval, though, through Manoa Vosawai's touchdown and Kris Burton's penalty.
Fly-half Ruaridh Jackson responded for Glasgow with two three-pointers before he and substitute Scott Wight added further scores in the second period.
A Tobias Botes penalty regained the advantage for Treviso, but Seymour struck in the 65th and 70th minute to secure the points for the Warriors.
First the Glasgow wing seized on a loose ball to collect and cross, with Wight's extras putting Glasgow six points in front.
Wight could not convert the next try, but it was his work that created the five-pointer, a cross-kick finding Seymour to steam over.
