James O'Connor and Rocky Elsom have been passed fit to tackle South Africa in their must-win Tri-Nations game in Perth.
Teenage full-back O'Connor and combative flanker Elsom picked up knocks to their calf and ankle respectively in the 19-18 defeat to New Zealand.
However while Berrick Barnes and Nathan Sharpe were ruled out earlier in the week, O'Connor and Elsom have come through training unscathed.
Western Force centre Ryan Cross will partner Adam Ashley Cooper in midfield in place of Barnes, while Mark Chisholm replaces Sharpe in the second row.
In the front row, Ben Alexander replaces Al Baxter in the starting XV, while coach Robbie Deans has also named Peter Hynes on the wing in place of the benched Drew Mitchell.
Return
The Springboks have made two changes to their match-day squad.
Coach Peter de Villiers has named Ruan Pienaar at full-back in place of the benched Frans Steyn, while there is a return for Schalk Burger.
The flanker, who was banned during the series against the British and Irish Lions after eye-gouging Luke Fitzgerald, is named among the replacement in place of the injured Danie Rossouw.
The match will mark a milestone for Fourie du Preez, with the scrum-half set to win his 50th cap.
